This commit improves the visual appeal of the client profile editor. It changes the window title to be more readable.

Also adds rules and guidelines to the profile editor ui, fixes spacing, and gives more details regarding errors during new profile picture uploads.
Fixes the connection manager saying "Mare" when duplicate UIDs are present.

I've provided some basic rules and guidelines for users to follow when uploading / editing their profile. You are welcome to change them as you see fit.

More aesthetic changes 669ceed2a9 
+ Added rules and guidelines to the profile editor
+ Adjusted the title of the profile editor to be more aesthetically pleasing
+ Added a way to detect if the image dimensions were too big, or if the file size was just too large.
+ Fixed connection error message on duplicate UIDs still saying 'Mare'.
