a6a3fe8ec2 Added phased startup string function for bringing services back online gradually
dfb075a4bf Re-organisation. Added file utility to calculate upload/download slot count by connection speed (we should probably add a config value in the file server to override this, but it's good for people who are lazy)

Fix avatars being limited to 255px (again)

This build script automatically generates a new release on commit - edits will be needed to the script to prevent this behaviour.
